Colour Passion is proudly owned and operated by Jacki Yates. As the business is run alongside a FIFO work roster, all orders, enquiries, and appointments are managed around scheduled business hours.
Our epoxy pastes are highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Start with a very small amount and build gradually until you achieve your desired colour. As a general guide, do not use more than 10% colourant in your resin.
Our fine mica powders are designed for colouring resin and can be used to create anything from a translucent finish to a solid opaque colour. Start with a small amount and build up as needed. You can also mix powders from our range to create your own custom shades. As a guide, do not use more than 10% pigment to resin.
These powders will create a rise and floating effect to your artworks.
Yes. When working with resin and pigments, always follow safe handling practices and wear appropriate PPE. As our powders contain very fine particles, avoid breathing them in.
Our pigments are packed by weight, not volume. Because different pigments have different densities, some containers may appear fuller than others.
Colour Passion does not operate as a public retail shopfront. Purchases are available online, and any collection or in-person arrangements are strictly by prior appointment and subject to availability.
Our products are available from the Silver Sands Newsagency and Halls Head Newsagency please contact us if your colour is not in stock and we will arrange supplies to these locations.
As Colour Passion is operated around a FIFO roster, dispatch times may vary. Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days, but this may be longer during rostered work periods.
If your order is urgent, please contact us before purchasing. Where possible, we may direct you to a local stockist for faster access.
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders may only be cancelled before payment has been processed.
Colour Passion products must be used only for their intended purpose. The purchaser is responsible for correct handling, safe use, and appropriate PPE. Colour Passion accepts no responsibility for misuse or unsafe handling of products.
Products may not be resold without prior written approval from Colour Passion.

International orders are generally dispatched 5 business days, however dispatch may take longer during FIFO roster periods, public holidays, or high-volume sale periods, dispatch may take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has been dispatched and lodged with the shipping carrier, Colour Passion is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit. This includes delays caused by customs clearance, international transport disruptions, or local postal services within the destination country.
Any loss or damage identified at the time of delivery should be reported directly to the delivery carrier. Colour Passion is also not responsible for goods left in a location at the customer’s request.

Any request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
To request a return or refund, please email info@colourpassion.net.au with your order number and the reason for the request. Please do not send any items back until your return has been reviewed and approved by Colour Passion.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
