Mixing
The mixing ratio must be accurately followed to achieve perfect results, mix thoroughly for 3-4 minutes to ensure even consistency, add the mixed resin to individual cups add your pigments ( Resi-Tint or similiar) to each cup.
by volume 100 parts resin : 100 parts hardener, by weight 100 parts resin : 90 parts hardener,
working time 15-20 miuntes @ 23degC, a second layer can be poured after 20 minutes, touch dry after 2-3 hours.
The product can then be dropped onto the surface to create domed 3D shapes, if its too gloopy to measure properly simply pre-warm the containers ( place in warm water to lower viscosity ).
Although all our resins are formulated with the most modern and safest epoxy chemicals avaialble, We advise wear nitrile gloves,safety goggles, do not eat/drink or smoke while working with any type of resin systems, as our resins are solvent free, if any addition of alcohol inks, Do not use a flame to remove bubbles, as alcohol is flammable.
