General Information

Here at Colour Passion we cannot control the use and handling of Colour Passion products. Please use our products under the context and conditions which they have been intended to be used. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure correct handling and appropriate safety measures are taken while handling Colour Passion products. Colour Passion takes no responsibility and or misuse  of the user in relation to the handling of Colour Passion products.

Our range of wholesale items includes the following categories:

  • Pigment Paste
  • Pigment Powders
  • Platinum Rage
  • Sparkle Powders
  • Metal Series
  • CP Glitters

All our other ranges are not available as wholesale including our PASSION GLITTER range of glitters and PASSION BOX’s range. Colour Passion will endeavour to occasionally have our PASSION BOX range available to our wholesale customers as a promotional item but this is at the discretion of Colour Passion.

By purchasing Colour Passion products you agree and accept that you are unable to resell any of Colour Passion products other than online or retail bricks and mortar store. No Ebay, Amazon, Etsy or other types of platforms without prior approval from Colour Passion in writing if our products are found to be sold on these platforms without permission Colour Passion retains the right to remove wholesale access to your account.

Colour Passions reserves the right to make any changes and removals from the website http://www.colourpassion.net.au at any time and will not be liable to you for any such change or removal, including changes to the term and conditions. If you continue to use Colour Passion website it will be deemed you accept the current terms and conditions stated.

Images and product descriptions can only be used with written permission from Colour Passion please email us at info@colourpassion.net.au 

Payment Options

Payment of products through Colour Passion will be done via Pay Pal using your credit / debit card. 

Cancelations

Orders can only be cancelled by the purchaser if payment has not been processed. All orders are to be paid in full prior to dispatch and or by prior arrangement with Colour Passion in writing.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates calculated upon checkout.

Due to the large volume required for wholesale accounts package time and dispatch could take up to 5 days before shipping times. Please contact us for urgent orders.

Colour Passion will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage not identified at the time of the delivery in writing to the delivery company in reference to the shipping connote, or for goods left in any place at your request. Transportation delays are out of Colour Passion’s control and we do not take any responsibility for delays incurred on your order.

Refunds & Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind and or misuse. Goods are to be returned within 7 Days from order received, unopened and in original condition. Returnable items are at the purchasers expense.

To request a refund please email us at info@colourpassion.net.au stating your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send back the items until we send our approval for refund.
